To give the child freedom of action, explain to it everything that is happening around. For children to be happy and grow up to be good people, it is important to educate them from an early age and know different approaches to them.

And now it’s not about forcing a child to do what is right for someone or for a kid to become obedient, obey your every decision and as a result become a very comfortable child. You need to give the child freedom of action, explaining to it everything that is happening around.

Here are 10 basic rules for successfully raising children:

  1. Talk to children as adults, explaining to them that all actions and deeds, both good and bad, have consequences.
  2. Always apologize to the child if you are really guilty of something.
  3. Listen to your child, no matter how tired and busy you are – if your child wants to tell you exactly how the day went, then it is important for it.
  4. Set boundaries of acceptable behavior for the child in different situations: at home, in society, with friends, with strangers.
  5. Teach your children love, kindness, and patience.
  6. Be an example to follow for your child.
  7. Thank and praise the child every time it does something good.
  8. Don’t treat children as if you are smarter because of your age, and they are just stupid kids.
  9. Always admit your mistakes by doing it openly and sincerely.
  10. Teach children respect, but show it to them as well.

This is not all that is important for parents to know and do, but following these 10 rules, you will already better understand your child and find common ground with it.
